This is an idea I got after making the Sicilian Orange Salad. The orange pomegranate salad has less flavour contrast but similar colours. It is just as refreshing and a great addition to the holiday menu!
You can make it either as a dessert or as a side dish. If you make it as a dessert, just toss it with some chopped mint leaves, vanilla sugar and add pomegranate seeds for a striking look.
For a side dish, toss it with olive oil, chopped mint leaves, salt and pepper.
